Top of the Pops, 18th August 2016

Double Bieber today, as Justin has both the number one single AND the highest new entry (alongside DJ Snake). Not sure if anyone's ever done that before with two different songs. There's double as well as the co-number 1er has her own Final Song climbing the chart.

The rest of this week's line-up is fairly varied, featuring dance from TIEKS, leftfield pop from Christine and the Queens, centrefield pop from Fifth Harmony, and the entire line-up of that song from the Suicide Squad film - incidentally giving the icon Lil Wayne his TOTP debut.

Debuts: Lil Wayne, Logic, Ty Dolla $ign, X Ambassadors, TIEKS, Dan Harkna

DJ Snake ft. Justin Bieber - Let Me Love You

Highest New Entry - In at number 2

Top of the Pops, 23rd April 2015

Somewhat unusually, there are only two top ten hits on the show this week, from Dr Kucho and new number 1 artiste Wiz Khalifa (only the video for him as he's out of the country). Never fear, though, as the lower reaches of the chart bring us a Mumfords medley, an exclusive, never-to-be-repeated Skrillex/Lethal Bizzle collaboration, the delightful Meghan Trainor, and Kodaline.

Why have the Killers re-entered the top 75? Dunno, but it's nice to watch a clip of them in their prime nonetheless.

Debuts: Wiz Khalifa, Charlie Puth, Dr Kucho, Gregor Salto, Diztortion, Skrillex.

Mumford and Sons - Believe / The Wolf

Up 9 to number 42 / In at number 56

Dr Kucho & Gregor Salto - Can't Stop Playing (Makes Me High)

Highest New Entry - In at number 4

Kodaline - The One

High Climber - Up 17 to number 27

Meghan Trainor - Dear Future Husband

Up 11 to number 29

From The Vault: The Killers - Mr Brightside

Back in at number 69

Lethal Bizzle ft. Diztortion - Fester Skank

In at number 11

Up 13 to number 45
