There's a hugely impressive new entry from bright young thing Billie Eilish this week, which is only kept off number 1 by the Lewis Capaldi chart juggernaut. Westlife continue their robust 2019 with a new hit, and also join Panic At The Disco on backing vox for an exclusive version of High Hopes.

Further new material comes from Meduza, Lil Nas X, Jay1 and friend of the show George Ezra; Pretty Shining People has been on the chart for some time, but it only makes the TOTP cut this week.

Westlife again? The boys are going all out this year, now with a third TOTP appearance. Also doing well are AJ Tracey, who has several chart hits this week and performs two of them, and friend of the show Khalid, who has another strong showing with Talk.

The biggest names, though, must be Drake, guesting on the Meek Mill long-runner, Dua Lipa, and especially Ariana Grande who replaces herself at the top with her latest musings.

2019 looks set to be a banner year for Westlife: this is their second appearance in as many months. Rag 'N' Bone Man is looking good too after a quiet 2018, and Freya Ridings shows no sign of running out of chart stamina.

New entry-wise, waves are made by friend of the show Dua Lipa as well as J Cole. Ariana Grande holds steady at the summit.

The big hitters have come out in earnest for 2019, starting with huge new entries from Calvin Harris and Rag 'N' Bone Man, and Sam Smith and Normani. But also somehow Westlife, and friend of the show The Weeknd alongside newcomer Gesaffelstein.

In other news, the Jax Jones/Years and Years collab makes the top ten after having its initial climb disrupted by Christmas, and Miley Cyrus and Ronson inch into second position - will they ever make the top?
