A new number 1: congratulations to Calvin Harris and his mob of megastars, who rise an all-important two places to deny Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee semana número doce at número uno. Dua Lipa, and James Arthur's solo acoustic rendition of Sun Comes Up, complete the line-up.

Top of the Pops, 10th August 2017

There's a very international flavour to TOTP this week. The Latin thing is catching fire now with not only Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee approaching the elite with their number 1 run (we show the video on this occasion), but also the swivel-hipped duo of Enrique Iglesias and Matt Terry, and J Balvin and Willy William storming the chart as well. And there's Scandi singer ALMA representing Northern Europe. (It's nice to see a few debuts here, after over a month without any.)

A couple of exclusives: it's Demi Lovato's turn to add some (extra) fun to the Ed Sheeran track that won't die, and Matt Terry and Charli XCX gamely fill in for Pharrell and Katy on Feels by Calvin Harris.
