Top of the Pops, 27th March 2025

Some strong new entries this week, from Sleep Token, Jade and most impressively Chappell Roan, jumping straight into her customary number 2 slot. One better than her, though, is Alex Warren, who takes a very impressive start to the year to the next level by attaining his first number 1 hit.

Doechii is also doing very well, but the big showcase artist this week is Playboi Carti. In the wake of his album dropping he brings us two hot tracks, with Skepta guesting.

And commendations also to Olivia Dean, who takes her Bridget Jones tune into the top 40, rapper-of-the-moment Doechii, and enduring chart occupier Benson Boone who enters with his newest track. The big winner from the BRITs is Myles Smith, while Alex Warren is looking strong and presents two songs here (he also has a third on the chart).
