Top of the Pops, 26th September 2013

Second TOTP appearance for the Wanted this week, but the big news is two appearances from US megastars - Linkin Park and Nicki Minaj, who appears without Chris Brown who was otherwise engaged. Plinky plonky singers Christina Perri and Birdy both appear with possibly X-Factor-related chart ascents, while Jason Derulo crashes in at the top with 2 Chainz along for the ride.

Meanwhile, Coldplay and Example crash back in with brand new hits. Can they climb higher next week? Katy Perry isn't present, but that means we're treated to the Roar video in all its jungle glory.

Nice to see a Mercury nominee (and one near miss) in the week the shortlist is announced.

But the show is stolen by the irrepressible Rizzle Kicks, marauding all over the stage and through the audience and into your front room.
